How To Lose Fat Just Below The Belly Button

The area below the belly button, also referred to as the lower abs, is a common problem area for many people, especially women. although various abdominal exercises emphasize this area, the muscle you're working is still your rectus abdominis, which runs vertically over the length of your abdomen, from your pubic bone to your sternum.. But under my belly button is a little fat pouch that sticks out so when you look at me from the side i don't exactly look good because it goes straight down then when you get to my belly button it goes out and back in at my waist :/ when i go swimming with friends i cross my arms in front of my stomach because i dont like it.. I don't have much fat on my body except for the stomach area and that is only the lower stomach below the belly button, i have been on my cut for 3 weeks and have lost 4 pounds, i have noticed my jeans are looser but my fat under the belly button is still there, i do cardio 4 times a week and lift 5 times a week, the only supplements i eat are.
